E.L.M Legal Services Ltd is an established Will Writing company based in Bristol. ELM’s home visit Will Writing service has helped thousands of people in the South West with estate planning & drafting of wills.
Our legal expertise is drawn from the vast experience of our dedicated legal team, who have extensive knowledge within the Wills and Probate field.
In addition to writing wills, ELM also provides Administration and Probate services via our S.T.E.P.S (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) accredited personnel.
We pride ourselves on the personalised support we provide to our clients, right from the outset - prior to the taking of instructions, right through to supporting Executors and Beneficiaries during the often understandably stressful period of the administration of an estate.
It was in 2007 that we began developing elm-online.co.uk . Many of our clients who live busy lives found it could sometimes be difficult to find the time to make arrangements to discuss such matters. We came up with the idea of using the internet to allow clients to have access to updating their wills and it was not until after looking at what other online will writing services had to offer, that we realised we could go one step further than just the ‘flat forms’ and ‘computer driven programs’ proffered by ‘automated’ websites.
We wanted to create a secure and ‘easy to use’ site where we could ensure every will is personalised to each client’s circumstances and nothing is left to chance. We also wanted a site where our clients can login and update if required.
