As you browse our site you will notice "Live Assistance" which is placed in the bottom left hand box. Our "Live Assistance" service consists of synchronous online text-based one-on-one interaction. Its technological foundation is instant messaging software which allows individuals to communicate one-on-one with each other with ease. At ELM Legal Services, we utilize customized software to enable our representatives to take Instruction and interact synchronously, one-on-one, with clients before, during, and after they make online contact. "Live Assistance" is designed to add social interaction and immediate responsiveness to the whole internet experience.
